Kouts, IN, located 10 or so miles South of Valparaiso down highway 49, is exactly what the sign at the entrance to this town says it is, ” a good place to live and shop”. The people in this community truly make it just that. We have a personal attachment to this gem of a town as I have traveled South to visit friends from Kouts since high school. We take pride in performing quality inspections for the residents of Kouts. Kouts has grown rapidly in the last 10 to 20 years. As a youngster, I remember visiting this town during the Summer to spend the day swimming with friends at the Kouts Pool. In addition, we have had tons of fun fishing/boating in the Kankakee River over the years. Currently, I frequently patron the Baums Bridge Inn or maybe some breakfast and coffee at the Coffee Cup diner located downtown.
