Our work
Certified inspectors take pride in providing quality and thorough home inspections on every property we inspect. Our main objective is to educate the buyer about their prospective purchase and severity of potential repairs. After each inspection our inspectors walk the buyers through the home to point out and discuss our findings and answer any questions the buyer might have. CHI then emails a PDF format home inspection report with pictures to the buyer and their agent by 9am the following morning, which we’ve been told is quick compared to our competitors who could take up to 3 days.
Certified Home Inspections enjoys its continuing adventure of discovering and inspecting unique homes, like the Bartlett house, in Beverly Shores for years to come. In addition, our knowledge of contractors in the Beverly Shores area allows us to recommend local folks to buyers that might need to make repairs on their new home.
Whats Included With Every Inspection?
Mold, Pest, and Infrared Thermal Imaging are included with every home and commercial property inspection
Every Inspector is InterNachi Certified and maintains an active license with the state of Indiana by completing annual continuing education as building codes do change over time.
