It is always a great day when we walk into the office, look at the calendar, and see that we’re heading East down Indiana State Road 2 to perform another inspection in La Porte, IN. Just the short, scenic drive alone is worth it.
Why we love inspecting homes and properties in La Porte
Certified Home Inspections loves La Porte because of the well-preserved historic homes downtown, the older farm houses on the outskirts, and the classic downtown business district which is full of off-the-path eateries for us to patron between inspections – we do our best to keep things local. Our favorite was the home inspection we completed was for the home once owned by the late Charlie Finley, owner of many Wendy’s restaurants and former owner of the Oakland A’s Major League Baseball team.
This historic house was equipped with a guest house in back, massive boiler systems for heat, and an indoor pool.
We do Property, Commercial, Farm, and Industrial inspections as well
We don’t just do the Colonial Revival and Queen Anne Style home inspections. We’re licensed to inspect several types of building and properties. Our resumes includes several rural properties just south of the city as well as manufacturing contractors near the big roads.
Each home inspection we perform in La Porte includes the following:
- Full 300-Point Property Inspection
- Video and / or Pictures for Samples
- On-Site Digital Reports
- Same-Day Emailed Reports
By continuing to inspect homes professionally, Certified Home Inspections can help ensure that homes in La Porte are safe, built up to code, and give the buyer and seller some peace of mind on the sale or purchase of their new home. To make our basic inspections as thorough as possible, we also offer pest & mold inspections with each appointment.
Whats Included With Every Inspection?
Mold, Pest, and Infrared Thermal Imaging are included with every home and commercial property inspection
Every Inspector is InterNachi Certified and maintains an active license with the state of Indiana by completing annual continuing education as building codes do change over time.
